PEC is an international technology
supplier, committed to enabling the production of green batteries for a Blue
Planet. We are looking for an HR Officer to join us in our mission to
contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our Office in Augsburg. By
joining us, you will contribute to building the first large-scale battery
factories in Europe and the United States.
Tasks
· recruitment and selection of various
profiles, mainly technical profiles. You
are in charge of the entire hiring process from A to Z (sourcing, attending
job fairs, contract negotiations,…).
· the payroll and personnel
administration and you are the point of contact for the employees regarding Hungarian labor laws.
· supporting the HR department when
implementing new HR policies and procedures e.g. onboarding, training, updating
HR manuals,…
· general office administration
Requirements
· A Higher HR/communication/management
related degree or similar (minimum Bachelor’s level)
· Requirement: Fluent in German language
Excellent communication skills in
English & German
· Extravert, pro-active and dynamic
personality
· Result driven, aiming for success in
a competitive recruitment world
· Experience in recruitment is a plus
