RemoteSolar enables people across Germany (including renters) to benefit from solar energy without installing panels or equipment at home. We help customers participate in the upside of large-scale solar parks and gain more independence from volatile energy prices. We’re a small team with big plans, working closely together to build a product that genuinely helps people take part in the solar transition.
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our growth efforts from day one. You’ll define who our customers are, shape how we speak to them, run experiments across different channels, and make sure we learn quickly from the data.
This is a role with a lot of autonomy: you’ll influence our marketing direction, drive acquisition and engagement, and help build the foundations of our marketing function as we grow.

Social content (Reels, YouTube, influencers)
Educational content (articles, blogs, guides, videos)
Own projects end-to-end: from concept to execution to analysis
Help shape how our marketing team and processes evolve
Native German speaker with strong English skills

60,000 base salary + up to €30,000 performance-based bonus
