Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Europe (m/f/d)Kelvion Herne, North Rhine-Westphalia, GermanyResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment efforts for selected senior leadership, operations and commercial roles in EMEABuild relationships with Hiring Managers to understand current and future business needs, helping shape a proactive recruitment strategyActively develop talent pools through proactive searching and sourcing of talent using advertising, referrals, social media platforms and networking eventsCreate and utilise best in class and innovative solutions to help fill niche and senior rolesManage the process with candidates from engagement to onboarding including offer process across all levels of the business, working with local HR teams to ensure compliance with local employment lawSecure talent that fits our company culture, current needs of the business and role, and future growth opportunitiesAct as a true business partner to support local HR colleagues with recruitment opportunitiesProactively research market conditions, undertake competitor analysis, gain insight from peers, network, and via candidate relationshipsCollaborate with Marketing on recruitment branding, social media posts, and other ideas to raise employer profileEnhance our employee value proposition and refine go-to-market strategy by collaborating with colleagues across the businessDrive the referrals program and networking eventsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of research, reports, and intelligence in a centralized databaseQualificationsBachelor’s degreeProven talent acquisition experience (minimum 5 years in search, agency, in house) with a passion for recruitment; substantial in-house experience preferredExperience working across the EMEA region and understanding of regional talent marketsDeep knowledge of sourcing strategies and solid understanding of recruitment best practices including suitability diagnosticsExcellent communication skills with the confidence to interact with candidates, colleagues and senior stakeholdersPrior experience in a manufacturing or products-based industry is highly desirableExperience with ATS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and sourcing platform LinkedInFluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a strong assetOrganised, adaptable, and proactive approach to talent acquisitionPassion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and continuously improving hiring strategiesAbility to document and present updates with clarity, precision and flairAt Kelvion we thrive on collaboration, embracing diversity of thought, and valuing every voice.
