JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Supervisor (m/f/d) at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. On the one hand, you will be the essential interface between our products and customers, and on the other hand, you will support and promote our stylists.
Key components of the position:
1. Support and, if necessary, represent the Store Management team in achieving KPIs and seizing profit opportunities
2. Set personal, daily, and weekly sales goals for the store team to improve store performance
3. Monitor the team's KPIs and performance by reporting and notifying the management team
4. Support store operations such as inventory management, payroll, administration, and rosters
5. Supporting customers throughout their visit by providing excellent personalized customer service and ensuring that the customer comes first
6. Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product training

9. Has a good track record of developing and growing a team
10. Has experience working towards and optimizing KPIs and sales targets in a retail store and a good understanding of store operations
