Oliver James are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our client who are a growing, international business based in Hannover, Germany. We are looking for a professional who is experienced in performance marketing, ideally in PPC and/or affiliate marketing to join our client on a permanent basis. To be successful you will need a strong understanding of: KPIs, data driven optimisation and campaign structures. Practical experience with Google Ads or common affiliate networks is needed and the ability to uncover new performance potential as a reliable manager who enjoys being part of a team. The performance marketing team manages the direct marketing channels SEA, paid social, affiliate and SEO - a key contribution to the growth of strategy and new acquisitions for our client. Experience working with a B2C business. Able to do business in German (written and verbal) Can commit to 2 days per week in the office, located in Hannover - Germany Responsibilities: Plan, manage and optimise the paid search and performance campaigns (Google & Microsoft Ads). Conduct keyword research, create ad texts and continuously optimise bid strategies and campaign structures. Monitor relevant KPIs, create performance reports and derive concrete recommendations for action from them. Manage and further develop the affiliate programs in the networks - including offer and promotion updates. Identify new publishers, initiate partnerships, and provide support with terms and commission models. Analyse affiliate metrics such as CR, ROI or traffic quality and derive initial optimisation measures.
