For our client, we are seeking a communicative and experienced IT Controlling Manager who can provide substantial support to the CIO on strategic matters and play a pivotal role in shaping the operational business.
Aufgaben
* Monitor and report IT KPIs and performance metrics
* Support IT budget planning, cost tracking, and financial governance
* Ensure compliance with IT governance processes and decision-making frameworks
* Act as a central interface between the CIO, IT leadership, and business stakeholders
* Support strategic IT initiatives and transformation projects
* Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and functional specifications
Qualifikation
* 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar IT controlling, IT strategy, CIO office or PMO roles.
* Experience in IT strategy, governance or IT transformation
* Experience working in complex or matrix organizations
* Strong project or program management skills
* Very good communication and stakeholder management skills
* Independent, proactive, highly reliable, thorough, and socially competent
* Fluent German and English
