Key Commercial Role
We are seeking a Senior Trading Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the commercial performance of our business.
Your key responsibilities will include analysing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and driving initiatives that boost demand and conversion.
* Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to understand demand drivers, identify gaps, and surface timely opportunities.
* Support weekly trading meetings with clear performance insights and forward-looking forecasts for key stakeholders.
* Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for campaign planning and strategic priorities.
* Collaborate with the Marketing department to align commercial goals with campaign execution, ensuring data-informed, high-impact actions.
* Define, size, and assess marketing promotions and initiatives, bringing structure and quantitative rigor to planning.
* Work closely with Performance Marketing to optimise spending for topline growth and new customer acquisition.
* Evaluate the commercial and ROI effectiveness of promotional and marketing activities to inform future strategies.
