Senior Leadership Role


We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth.


* Develop and implement global health, safety, and environmental governance standards across all international sites.
* Manage the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program, ensuring proactive emergency preparedness and integration with KRITIS requirements.
* Establish and maintain global standards for hazardous substances handling, storage, disposal, and industrial hygiene.
* Provide leadership in process and plant safety, including ATEX safety guidelines and ongoing compliance audits.

* Proven track record of leadership in hazardous material management, working collaboratively with authorities and leading audits.
* Strong project management and leadership skills with experience across hierarchies and countries.
* Fluency in English; German language proficiency is desirable but not required.
