Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done Develop and implement the regional customer quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that quality standards are met consistently. Lead and mentor a team of customer quality engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement within the team. Oversee the management of customer complaints and quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with customers and internal teams. Collaborate with production, engineering, R&D and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and improve product reliability. Your Profile – Ready to join the Pack? Bachelor's of Science in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related degree. Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality management, or a similar role Strong knowledge in quality systems, semiconductor wafer fabrication, assembly and test operations or automotive applications. Good understanding of the global automotive business, customer requirements and end user behavior. The ability to operate in a fast pace, highly dynamic environment, at a detailed execution level, as well as on a tactical / strategic level.
