Job Title: Internship Support HRBP Operations
We are currently seeking an ambitious and proactive intern to join our HR Business Partner team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations while actively contributing to various HR projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support HR Business Partners in managing daily tasks related to employees and managers.
* Participate in various HR activities as needed to gain exposure to different aspects of the function.
* Assist with the coordination and follow-up of ongoing HR initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
* Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
* High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
* Ability to handle efficiently time schedules and tasks schedules.
* Detail-oriented and quality-focused in your work.
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills in English and French and/or German; Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
