Data Engineer Position
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimize data models and schemas for performance, scalability and reliability.
* Write and maintain complex SQL queries to support analytics, reporting and data transformations.
* Implement and maintain APIs and data services to ensure seamless data integration and accessibility.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience in data engineering or backend software development with a focus on data pipelines, integration and microservices architecture.
* Strong proficiency in Python and Java including experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot and data processing libraries.
* Familiarity with event-driven architectures and tools such as Kafka.
* Expertise in database systems (SQL and NoSQL), data modelling and query optimization.
