Why This Role Matters
As a Business Transformation Advisor, you will independently lead sub‑projects within the Transformation Management department. You bring expertise in project management, process optimisation, and functional specifications, with a strong focus on improving Finance and Controlling processes. Your work strengthens governance, transparency, and operational performance across supporting functions.
Your Role at Intersnack
1. Manage sub‑projects within broader transformation initiatives
2. Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners
3. Develop functional specifications, process improvements, and organisational designs
4. Optimise Finance and Controlling processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost allocation, internal controls)
5. Translate operational finance requirements into IT and end‑to‑end process solutions
6. Mentor junior colleagues and support their development
7. Act as a key link between Finance/Controlling and Business Transformation
Education
8. University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related fields
9. Focus on Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Analytics is a plus
Experience
10. Several years in business transformation, project management, or consulting
11. Strong Finance/Controlling background, ideally with operational exposure (e.g., month‑end closing, reporting, planning)
12. Experience with finance‑related IT systems (ERP, consolidation, BI)
Skills
13. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
14. Confident stakeholder engagement
15. Experience in process design and functional specifications
16. Solid understanding of financial processes, KPIs, and internal control frameworks
17. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint)
18. Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
19. Willingness to travel approx. 4 days/week
