Responsibilities
* Skillfully handle recruitment channel management and carry out personnel recruitment work.
* Competently formulate payroll policies and ensure the smooth operation of daily payroll matters.
* Carefully prepare training plans and implement training activities to help employees improve their skills.
* Seriously prepare performance plans and execute performance evaluations to promote the growth of employees.
* Adeptly deal with employee relations incidents to maintain a stable working atmosphere.
* Earnestly take on local administrative management-related work, such as dealing with supplier management and visa processing.
Qualifications
* Major in human resource management or administrative management.
* Have a certain understanding of local labor law.
* Be able to use English for basic communication and work.
* Have at least 3 years of HR working experience.
Required Skills
* Have some working experience in Santiago City.
* Understand the relevant labor department to some extent.

* Have a certain level of emotional intelligence.
