About the role: Do you have a passion for analytical tasks? As a (Junior) Pricing Manager (m/f/d) at Redcare Pharmacy, you will take ownership of our pricing activities for the Belgian market. Your goal? Optimize our prices to maximize both sales and margins. This role offers a great opportunity to work cross-functionally with different teams and make a direct impact on our business performance. About your tasks: Shape our pricing strategy by continuously improving and implementing our pricing model to drive profitability Analyze and optimize prices based on key KPIs to ensure the best balance between sales and margin growth Monitor financial impacts of pricing decisions and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with internal teams, including Country Management, Category Management and Performance Marketing, to align pricing and margin strategies Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and extract key insights Enhance pricing tools and processes to support data-driven decision-making About you: You have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to drive decision-making You possess strong Excel skills and ideally also have other tool knowledge, for example in R or Python Ideally, you already have first experiences in pricing, revenue management, or a similar field, and are interested in working in an e-commerce or retail environment You enjoy collaborating with different teams and have fluent English skills You can work remotely a lot if you like, but you are able and willing to come to the Cologne office once a week This position is planned as a part-time role with 20 hours per week.
