Join our English Team (Sales and Retention) supporting business customers with inquiries about innovative business software solutions, licensing and purchasing options, trials and cancellations.
* Support of business customers via inbound phone and chat
* Identifying potential business deals for our network of English solution providers
* Use of sophisticated business tools (CRM system, phone and chat system, knowledge databases, etc.)
* Documenting and processing business customer details and transaction data
* Building and updaiting detailed knowledge of available business software solutions and internal processes
Your profile:
* Excellent English language skills (spoken and written) on native speaker level
* Target-driven
* Professional business communication skills
* Good pc skills (usage of web-based tools and MS-Office)
* Sufficient typing skills
* Experience in business sales or business consulting beneficial
* Basic understanding of modern technology
