Application Specialist (m/f/d) IT Operations

Your Responsibilities
* You are responsible for the availability, performance, and security of our health insurance-specific applications in technical operations (2nd-level support)
* You plan and manage the handover of projects to operations and provide support for further development projects
* As the central technical point of contact for malfunctions and issues, you support internal departments as well as external service providers
* You manage and coordinate identified (major) incidents and ensure, either independently or with the team, a quick and effective resolution (ITSM)
* You independently and proactively manage change and release processes while taking security aspects into account (ITIL process)
* When optimizing our operational processes related to our applications, you actively contribute your ideas and implement them on your own initiative
Your Profile
* You hold a degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification, such as an IT specialist for system integration, with relevant professional experience
* You have experience in the operational management of applications, service request management, incident management, problem management, and change management, as well as service provider management
* Ideally, you have already gained some experience with POS-specific applications or in the area of document management (helic 21c_docs / d.3 archive system)
* You already have experience with Jira, Confluence, and SQL, as well as with monitoring and alerting tools
* You have strong analytical skills and are known for your independent, structured, and punctual work style
* Very good German language skills at the C1 level round out your profile
