As our new Commercial Engineer, you will be responsible to promote onshore sales and business development across Germany, together with a team of highly motivated colleagues. Support the internal sales process: Tracking project costs: Assist and prepare financial overviews to support decision-making and ensure project profitability
Help develop cost estimates and pricing proposals by gathering data and aligning with customer requirements and internal guidelines
Maintain and update customer interactions, project milestones, and support event planning and participation in our systems
Degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
Work experience in matrix organizations and complex project environment
Organizational and stakeholder skills with ability to project manage sales teamwork in a matrix organization
Advanced IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and experience with SAP project builder, Primavera, JIRA, Salesforce and/or AGILE
Fluency in written and verbal German and English
Valuable insights into customer needs, commercial strategies, and business fundamentals, supported by adept IT skills and flexibility in a process-based matrix organization
