Your tasks Support the GRC team in the areas of compliance management, legal and the internal control system, as well as with administrative tasks. Maintain, structure and further develop contract management, e.g. by monitoring contract terms and coordinating with specialist departments. Support the documentation and follow‑up of internal controls, train control owners and help identify process improvements. Contribute to compliance and risk analyses, in particular for the assessment of business partners with regard to sanctions. Assist in the creation, updating and communication of internal policies and training materials. Conduct research on and evaluate current legal and regulatory developments. Maintain and administer the SharePoint environment. Support cross‑functional projects in the areas of compliance, legal and IT security. Your profile You are an enrolled student of business, law, social sciences or a comparable field of study. Initial practical experience in compliance, contract management, auditing, internal audit or management consulting is an advantage. High level of diligence, accuracy and sense of responsibility, combined with a structured way of working. Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of communication and teamwork. Very good written and spoken German and English skills. Confident use of Microsoft Office, ideally also of SharePoint or contract management tools.
