What you will do
* Own and deliver a product strategy and roadmap, delivering measurable business results by solving the most critical problems for shippers and carriers.
* Champion the use of generative AI to amplify creativity, rethink workflows, and scale decision‑making in ways that differentiate sennder from competition.
* Foster a culture of outcomes‑focused execution, where success is measured by customer and business impact—not feature delivery.
* Enable rapid iteration and experimentation to validate ideas, optimize solutions, and adapt initiatives based on learnings.
* Minimize interdependencies to streamline execution and improve efficiency across
* Elevate team capabilities by addressing skills gaps, defining growth paths, and hiring top talent.
* Partner with executive leadership to align product initiatives with business goals, ensuring transparency and shared accountability.
* Foster seamless collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data teams, emphasizing co‑creation and respect for domain expertise.
* Put user needs first, solving real‑world problems for both shippers and carriers to deliver measurable business and operational value.
* Validate solutions through data, experimentation, and direct customer feedback, ensuring every product decision creates meaningful impact.
* Define success metrics (KPIs) and use insights to drive product decisions, measure performance, and deliver continuous improvements that create lasting value.
What we are looking for
* 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles at technology‑driven companies of similar complexity and scale.
* A successful track record of success in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments where ambiguity and urgency are constants.
* Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation tech is highly preferred. Background in B2B SaaS, (enterprise) marketplaces, or platform businesses are also valuable.
* Demonstrated ability to scale and elevate teams by hiring and mentoring top talent while fostering a performance‑driven, collaborative culture.
* Proven success in building outcomes‑driven organizations with clear accountability and measurable impact.
* Expertise in using data, experimentation, and customer insights to guide product decisions and optimize outcomes.
* Familiarity with A/B testing, KPI definition, and metrics‑driven product management practices.
* Familiarity with the latest trends in generative AI and the ability to integrate innovative, scalable AI solutions into products.
* Deep understanding of modern product development methodologies, including Agile, experimentation frameworks, and roadmap prioritization.
