Location: Stuttgart
Position: Full-time or Part-time, permanent, starting as soon as possible
Responsibilities & Tasks
* Acquisition and sale of office and mixed-use properties
* Proactive client consultation and support
* Property inspections and contract negotiations
* Analysis creation for real estate investment marketing
* Concept development, marketing, and management of offers
* Close collaboration with leasing specialists and consulting & valuation departments
Required Skills & Personal Qualities
* Completed real estate-related education or relevant degree
* Experience in sales-oriented handling of commercial properties, especially office markets
* Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and strong communication
* Entrepreneurial mindset, sales talent, team spirit
* Excellent German, English, and MS Office skills
