We owe our success to our employees\' passion for innovation, as well as their commitment and initiative.For permanent employment OHB System AG in Bremen is looking for aSystem Engineering Manager (m/f/d)As part of the Satellite Systems Engineering Department, the System Engineering team aims at providing services to ensure the technical coordination of the project.Your TasksPerform analyses of satellite functional and interface requirementsCoordinate spacecraft validation and verification on system levelEnsure compliance to the satellite technical requirementsWork in collaboration with Architects and SubsystemengineersTechnical system budgets (electrical power, propellant, telemetry, command, pointing, mass properties)Define the satellite configuration and manage the satellite internal and external interfaces (e.g. launcher interfaces)Flow down of the satellite requirements to subsystem level specificationsSupport the generation the AIT plans and operation plansSupervise preparation of satellite tests and review of test resultsDefine Test Specifications for System Level Tests and VerificationResponsible for maintenance of spacecraft data bases and simulatorsPreparation for launch and flight phases, preparation of launcher interfaces and for operations dataContribute to the project risk management for risks of technical natureYour QualificationsDegree in engineering, physics or equivalentProfessional experience in satellite projects, preferably in phases B/C/DExperience in technical negotiations with the customerSelf-managed and pro-active working styleAbility to work with and implement processesAbility to work in a teamWorking level proficiency in written and spoken English.
