Job Description
About your tasks:
* Support the categorization and brand maintenance of new products in the online shop.
* Assist with the optimization of existing assortments and the identification of new assortment opportunities.
* Support category management projects and day-to-day operational tasks related to assortment, merchandising, and marketing activities.
* Provide administrative support to the Category Management team, including organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining documentation in Confluence.
* Assist with product placement coordination for onsite campaigns and newsletters in close collaboration with the Category Manager Advertising team.
* Update and maintain reports to support the daily business of Category Managers.
* Conduct basic benchmark and competitor analyses to support the monitoring of market trends and developments.
* Collaborate closely with (Senior) Category Managers and team members, contributing to a strong and cooperative team environment.
Qualifications
About you:
* You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program and will remain enrolled for at least one more year.
* You have ideally gained initial practical experience through working student roles, internships, or traineeships.
* You are interested in e-commerce and feel comfortable working in a digital environment.
* You are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
* You speak Italian at native level and are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* You bring a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
