Product Development Lead
We are seeking a skilled Product Development Lead to drive the success of our product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex product development projects, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and its requirements.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Define product requirements for the European market through customer visits and market research.
* Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production.
* Manage the complete lifecycle of Milwaukee Construction and Wet Concrete products, ensuring ongoing relevance and performance.
* Lead product marketing initiatives and support the development of effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
* Relevant professional experience in product management, ideally within the construction industry.
* Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
* Willingsness to travel approximately 15% of the time.
