As a motivated and experienced accounts receivable accountant, you will strengthen our finance department and help to master the daily challenges with passion.
YOUR TASKS
1. You are responsible for invoicing our business partners, i.e. posting outgoing invoices and credit notes, and work closely with the account management team
2. You ensure accrual accounting, the correct recording of business transactions for VAT purposes and their documentary verifiability
3. You carry out regular dunning runs and reconcile accounts receivable
4. You support the month-end closing process and prepare monthly analyses and reports
5. You are part of projects that drive system-based billing and automation
YOUR PROFILE
6. You completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a financial accountant or tax clerk
7. You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the e-commerce industry
8. You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel) and also have user knowledge of common ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Solutions - NAVISION
9. You enjoy working in a team, are reliable and able to work under pressure
10. Very good German and English skills round off your profile
