Own the product vision and roadmap, supporting the transformation from CRM 7.0 (on premise) to SAP S/4HANA CM (Customer Management)
Collaborate with international stakeholders to gather, assess, and prioritize requirements
Ensure data quality, process consistency, and compliance
Support adoption through training, communication, and change management
Several years proven experience as a Consultant in a CRM related environment, ideally with SAP CRM or S/4HANA CM
Strong understanding of sales, service, and customer processes
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence, Azure DevOps, all MS office applications etc.
Experience in global rollouts and change management
Strong stakeholder management skills in an international environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders also in high management positions
Knowledge of data, BI, or marketing automation is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
