What you can look forward to
* Planning, development and maintenance of conversational AI/IVR systems (Interactive Voice Response)
* Programming of voicebots
* Integration of conversational AI/NLU engines
* Configuration and training of NLU models to recognize concerns, integration of LLMs
* Connection of IVR systems to backend services, development of interfaces such as REST or SOAP for data exchange
* Selection and connection of ASR/TTS providers with a focus on strategic CSPs (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) and analysis of current market developments
* Optimization for natural language output
Your profile
* Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject (practical work experience is desirable)
* Alternatively, completed vocational training in the field of computer science combined with several years of practical work experience
* Sound knowledge and practical experience in the development of conversational AI/IVR systems
* Strong analytical skills combined with a conceptual way of thinking and working
* Independent, results-oriented way of working with a high level of personal responsibility
* Business fluent in German (at least C1 level)
