The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the complete 360° recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and placement. This is an excellent opportunity for an established consultant looking to further their career in a supportive but ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain client relationships across the finance and accountancy sectors
2. Source and place quality mid to senior level finance professionals
3. Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing client accounts
4. Provide exceptional consultation services to both clients and candidates
5. Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
6. Stay current with market trends in the finance and accountancy sectors
Requirements
7. Minimum 3 years' experience in a 360° billing recruitment role
8. Proven track record of winning new clients across various industries in the finance sector
9. Experience placing mid to senior level finance professionals
10. Bilingual proficiency: German (C1) and English (C1)
11. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
12. Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
