We are looking for a Working Student Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team and help grow our team of JustPlayers. This role is ideal for someone interested in recruitment and eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand our hiring needs and support the full recruitment process, including participating in kick-off meetings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in closing positions. What you should bring You are currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (e.g., International Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management) You have at least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a start-up environment in Germany You have a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and are eager to support various stages of the hiring process You have a good understanding of recruitment basics and can execute tasks independently You have experience with ATS tools and management tools such as Asana and Notion You have excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus You are empathetic, structured, independent, and reliable, with strong attention to detail You are based in Berlin and can work from the office 2 days per week
