About the Role
The Global Head of Sales, Plan & Build – Mobility reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer for Automotive Insights in the Mobility Division and is part of the Global Sales Leadership Team and the Global Plan & Build Leadership Team. The role drives year‑over‑year sales growth in the Plan & Build division through a strategic vision, culture, and an aggressive go‑to‑market strategy.
Responsibilities
 * Build and lead a winning culture across the organization.
 * Cultivate C‑Level relationships and represent the organization externally.
 * Redesign the sales compensation plan to align with strategic goals.
 * Drive new business growth with an aggressive, internally aligned go‑to‑market strategy.
 * Structure the sales team to focus on new products and C‑Level relationships.
 * Monitor, retain, and grow the customer base.
 * Maximize results through a strong pricing strategy.
 * Manage pipeline and activity using tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft.
 * Collaborate with Product Management to bring customer insight into product strategy and innovation.
 * Run and refine the Deal Desk process.
 * Own rep‑level performance management and forecasting methodology.
 * Enhance the training program and customer‑first culture (NPS focus).
 * Align with Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management.
 * Travel 40‑50% of the time.
Basic Qualifications
 * Bachelor’s degree or higher; advanced degree preferred.
 * At least 12 years of sales and/or client‑facing experience.
 * Track record of driving growth and explaining the execution steps.
 * Strong relationship‑building and communication skills at all organizational levels, including C‑Suite.
 * Metrics‑driven leadership experience and ability to explain the tools that tracked metrics.
 * History of building and adapting compensation plans to motivate sales teams.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and proficiency in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
 * Industry knowledge across the automotive value chain and interest in emerging trends (autonomy, connectivity, electrification, shared mobility).
 * Passion for data analysis, AI, and strategic decision‑making.
 * Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under limited supervision.

Indefinite right to work is required in the United States, Germany, France, or the United Kingdom.
Compensation
Base salary range: $229,900 - $310,700 (US applicants only). The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits.
