Solutions Engineer (German-speaking) Location: Berlin (hybrid considered for exceptional candidates within ±2h timezone)
About the Role
We're a B2B tech company scaling rapidly and looking for a German-speaking Solutions Engineer to deepen our technical capacity with customers. This is a high-ownership, high-context role — not ticket-closing, not pure coding. You'll be the person who actually goes deep, figures out what's broken (and why), and makes complex integrations work end-to-end.

What You'll Own
Sales Enablement — Partner with the sales team to provide deep technical consultation, scope deals accurately, and build credibility with senior stakeholders from day one.
Customer Onboarding — Take full ownership of technical onboarding: system integration, data transformation, trade partner communication, and go-live testing.
Expansion & Support — Maintain customer outcomes post-launch. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, own error resolution, and close the loop between customer feedback and product improvement.
What Success Looks Like
30 days: You understand our product architecture, value proposition, and customer segments. You're independently resolving L1 issues.
3 months: You've mastered our transformation pipeline and system interactions end-to-end. You're starting to challenge assumptions and improve existing processes.
1 year: You're rebuilding core processes from first principles and directly influencing the product roadmap through customer insight.

* Customer-facing — You've navigated rooms with 5+ senior stakeholders and know how to build trust quickly.
Requirements
* German at B2/C1 or above (most of our customer base is German-speaking)
* Experience in a technical, customer-facing role — forward deployed engineering, technical implementation, solutions consulting, or similar
* Able to do real discovery work when integration requirements are unclear — strong conceptual and abstraction skills
* Based in Berlin or open to relocating; hybrid/remote considered for exceptional candidates within ±2h of CET
