What You’ll Be Doing
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues remotely and on-site
* Maintain servers, switches, networks, and client infrastructure

Your Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
* Vocational IT training or comparable experience
* Strong in: Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Office
* Familiar with VLANs, LAG, and switch stacking
* Service-driven, reliable, and independent
Nice-to-Haves
* SQL Server knowledge
* Firewall configuration experience
* Familiarity with IT security and infrastructure projects
