You will lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team of 15 employees, driving commercial success while upholding the Maison's commitment to unparalleled client service.
What You'll Do:
* Lead & Inspire: Foster a collaborative and engaging team environment, acting as a role model and coach to cultivate individual talents and drive collective success.
* Drive Commercial Performance: Develop and execute innovative boutique strategies that leverage omnichannel opportunities to maximize sales and exceed targets.
* Elevate Client Experience: Champion exceptional client experiences, building lasting relationships and fostering client loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
* Strategic Implementation: Implement the Maison's corporate marketing and sales guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and driving strategic initiatives.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee all boutique operations, ensuring compliance, optimizing efficiency, and promoting best practices across the organization.
* Represent the Maison: Embody the Cartier spirit and represent the Maison at internal meetings, events, and special occasions, enhancing our presence as a top luxury brand in Hamburg.
