Job seekers with a passion for human resources are invited to apply for this exciting opportunity as an HR Advisor.Key Responsibilities:Support employees with their queries about HR policies and procedures, investigate options, seek solutions, and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the queriesCollaborate closely with warehouse leaders to support with absence and discipline casesWork in conjunction with managers to develop and deploy site engagement plansActively work in Workday (an HR management system) and maintain case trackers, driving timely action where neededSupport employees with their benefits, policy & procedure queries, understand their needs, investigate options, seek solutions, and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve the queries.Guide and train employees and managers in the HR systems and service delivery modelSupport the delivery of the employee lifecycle with coordination and administration related to hiring, onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc.Implement effective communication strategies to ensure all company and site updates reach associates, utilizing various channels such as notice boards, screens, start-of-shift briefs, etc.Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of HR-related documents. Key documentation review responsibilities include Employee Records, Policies & Procedures, Compliance Auditing, Benefits & Compensation.
