Business Development Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong international network of MFO/SFO & Professional Intermediaries and be able to identify and cultivate relationships with professional intermediaries and clients, driving business growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the growth strategy and develop the value proposition of the bank
* Research business opportunities with new customers and develop a growth strategy to foster and build long-term and trustworthy customer relationships with professional intermediaries
* Maintain market knowledge to detect and/or anticipate commercial opportunities for customers
* Collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads
* Attend and coordinate events such as seminars and conferences
The successful candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in a front function within the banking or financial services sector
* A strong analytical mindset, particularly in KYC/AML compliance
* Solid understanding of wealth structuring, wealth management products, and services
* Excellent interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build sustainable relationships
* Proven negotiation skills and ability to close deals
* A high level of integrity and ethics
* Strong analytical skills, particularly in KYC/AML compliance
* A relevant University background in Finance
* Fluent English and French language skills, with additional languages being an advantage
* Strong client- and results-oriented approach
* Rigorous, organized, and methodical customer approach actions
