We are currently looking for two experienced Electrical Supervisor (m/f/d) to join the East Anglia 3 Offshore Converter Platform project. In this role, you will supervise and coordinate electrical installation work offshore—including secondary systems, cabinets, and cabling—while supporting interface management and ensuring technical compliance and safety throughout construction and commissioning. Supervise installation of secondary electrical systems (cables, cabinets, cable ladders) Work closely with the design engineering team Organize, conduct, and participate in site inspections Monitor and report on work progress Coordinate site activities with other trades and subcontractors Support commissioning processes and functional checks Manage and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications Prepare redline/as-built documentation Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues Implement changes and propose optimization solutions Manage subcontractor performance Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety protocols Lead on-site safety and quality culture Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery Support customer satisfaction and continuous improvement through service excellence Completed vocational training or degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline Solid experience in offshore electrical installation and supervision Familiar with offshore safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations Strong technical understanding of secondary systems in offshore substations Confident in coordinating teams and subcontractors in multicultural environments Advanced English language skills (written and spoken) Proficient in MS Office and documentation workflows Strong communication and leadership skills Certification & Timeline: Mandatory Certifications: Full GWO certificate package: First Aid Fire Awareness Manual Handling Sea Survival (including Boat Transfer) Working at Heights Valid Offshore Medical Certificate (UGOK, NOGEPA or equivalent) HUET with CA-EBS Additional Requirements: Valid UK work permit or residency status (preferably candidates already based in the UK) Ability to mobilize via Norwich, UK Willingness to work offshore under rotation Contract duration: Start Date: 1st September 2025 for the first candidate 1st October 2025 for the second candidate (back-to-back rotation setup) Initial Term: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements Location: Initial onshore support (remote/mobile work possible) Offshore deployment planned from November 2025 A diverse and challenging role in a forward-thinking offshore wind company Collaboration with a highly experienced and motivated international team Insight into cutting-edge projects in a fast-evolving energy sector Clear coordination, streamlined onboarding, and professional project support The opportunity to build long-term relationships and future project opportunities with SeaRenergy You can expect a challenging and varied role.
