DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)
part-time (20 - 30 hours)
We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our IT team in Dresden. You will automate and optimize our workflows and processes, build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations. You will also be the point of contact for troubleshooting and problem resolution – from development and testing to production.
You will do this with us
* Infrastructure as Code: With Terraform Cloud, you develop and operate our AWS infrastructure in a multi-account environment.
* Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): You design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Argo CD to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.
* Container Orchestration: You manage and optimize our container applications with Kubernetes and AWS ECS – for high availability, scalability and security.
* Monitoring and logging: You will implement monitoring solutions using Grafana and ELK Stack to ensure our systems run reliably.
* Collaboration: Through close collaboration with software developers, QA engineers and other stakeholders, you ensure that infrastructure and product work together perfectly.
* Automation: You identify automation potential, thereby increasing the reliability of the platform.
* Security & Incident Management: You ensure that our systems and data are protected according to industry standards and best practices. You respond to system alerts and outages, analyze the causes, and implement preventative measures.

* Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS with multi-account structure (Development, Production, Identity), Terraform Cloud for Infrastructure as Code, Linux Docker container-based environments
* Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS
* CI/CD & Deployment: GitHub (version control and code hosting), GitHub Actions, Argo CD (GitOps)
* Monitoring & Logging: Grafana, ELK Stack
This is what you bring with you
* You have been working in the DevOps environment for at least three years or in a similar role.
* CI/CD is part of your daily business – you are especially familiar with GitHub Actions .
* Docker, Kubernetes and AWS ECS are tools you work with regularly.
* You are confident in your use of AWS services (ideally also in multi-account environments) and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform is standard for you.
* Additional knowledge of Node.js, PHP, Python or Ruby is advantageous, but not required.
* You like to tackle problems, enjoy working in a team, and communicate openly and clearly .
* Your fluent German skills enable you to communicate confidently with your colleagues.
