Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-end management of local employee relations, including employment contract administration, onboarding/offboarding, transfers, attendance management, employee communication, and labor dispute prevention & resolution, ensuring full compliance with German labor laws and company policies.
2. Lead the full-cycle management of expatriate (Chinese assignee) employees, including pre-assignment policy communication, in-country support during assignment, tax compliance, and social security/benefits coordination, to ensure a smooth and stable deployment of the expatriate team.
3. Oversee payroll and tax compliance for both local and expatriate employees, ensuring end-to-end compliance of payroll processing, tax filing, and social security contributions with German tax and social security regulations, to mitigate compliance risks.
4. Collaborate with the corporate HR team to drive the implementation of local recruitment, performance management, and training initiatives, and build HR processes and management mechanisms tailored to the overseas manufacturing context.
Requirements
1. Master’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HRBP or generalist HR roles. Prior experience in HR at overseas manufacturing enterprises or Chinese multinational companies operating in Europe is highly preferred.
3. Proficient in both English and Mandarin for cross-cultural communication and collaboration; fluency in German is a strong plus.
