Zhuoyu Technology Europe (ZYT), a leading provider of cutting-edge Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) solutions, is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Braunschweig, Germany. This position plays a vital role in expanding our presence in the European automotive market, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development & Relationship Management:
* Identify and engage with new business opportunities across European markets.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 customers, and strategic partners.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

* Sales Strategy & Execution:

* Promote and present ZYT's ADAS and autonomous driving technologies, tailoring solutions to meet specific customer needs.
* Lead the sales process from prospecting and proposal through negotiation and contract closing.
* Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

* Market Intelligence & Collaboration:

* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
* Work closely with product management, R&D, and project delivery teams to align customer expectations with internal capabilities.
* Provide feedback from the field to guide product development and strategy.

* Reporting & Administration:

* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the automotive or technology sector, preferably with a focus on ADAS, sensors, or electronic control systems.
* Proven track record of successful B2B sales and account management.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English. Proficiency in German or another European language is a significant advantage.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally to China (HQ) for training or customer meetings.
* Technical understanding of ADAS/AD solutions, vehicle systems, or embedded software is a plus
