Committed to building the next G of 100% software-based mobile networks, combining DevOps with telecommunications expertise, ng-voice is creating innovative mobile infrastructure solutions and making them accessible for operators and enterprises that want to deploy future proof networks.The role is located in Hamburg.TasksWhat you’ll doManage multiple projects.Ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and marketing.Identifypotential risks and conflicts between projects.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Proactively address issues before theyimpacttimelines or deliverables.Serve as the primarypoint of contact between the VP of engineering, CTO, and other stakeholders.Communicate program status, key milestones, risks, and progress regularly.Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align stakeholders on priorities and progress.Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure program success.Create dashboards and reports to track program progress and performance.RequirementsOur ideal new colleagueProven experience in defining and delivering products or platforms, ideally with a technical focus.Strong background in product management, preferably in an engineering platform or developer tooling role.Jira expert, including workflow design, permission schemes, custom fields, automation, and system governance to support complex, cross-functional program execution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders. English is our primary language; German is a plus.A passion for problem-solving and a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies.Experience with Agile methodologies and an iterative approach to product development.A curious, growth-oriented mindset, always looking to innovate and improve.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is beneficial but not required.
