TASKS WITH IMPACT
* Implementing the brand strategy and positioning for assigned sub-brands based on market, consumer, and competitive insights
* Creating and implementing brand elements such as image language and tone of voice in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
* Optimizing the product portfolio to improve performance, consumer experience, and shelf productivity
* Managing the full product development process from ideation and briefing to launch, including price setting, design, and formula development
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams in design, supply chain, sourcing, and activation to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
* Working closely with producers to co-develop or enhance products, resolve quality issues, and meet standards with support from the CB quality team
* Creating and executing integrated activation plans including promotions and format guidelines in alignment with cluster managers
* Monitoring sales performance and shopper feedback to identify and implement improvements
YOUR SKILLS
* Over 4 years of experience in product development and brand management, ideally in the beauty or international FMCG industry
* Retail experience is an advantage
* Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
* Strong collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners
* Deep brand understanding and consumer-centric mindset
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
