Head of Marketing & Growth
Location - Munich (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)
Salary - €130K + bonus

The Role:
* Own and manage the demand generation strategy and marketing budget
* Optimise the marketing funnel – utilising and monitoring key metrics
* Manage and improve paid media campaigns
* Oversee content marketing, SEO and email marketing
* Optimise marketing automation and CRM tools
* Stay ahead of industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
What success look like? Build and manage a high-performing marketing engine to increase growth and revenue. In the first 6 months- develop and implement a tailored growth marketing strategy and establish scalable demand generation strategies.
What’s Required?
* 3+ years of commercial leadership experience (ideally in a B2B environment)
* A strong track record in growth marketing and demand generation
* Strong leadership and team management experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders
* Strong experience with paid media, marketing automation and CRM tools
* Fluent in English and German.
