Our client We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known French brand, recognized for its accessible, innovative, and colorful design products in the eyewear and lifestyle sectors. Experiencing strong international growth, our client is now strengthening its presence in the German market, especially in the Central and Western regions.
To support this development, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive to cover this strategic territory. The role is based at the Paris headquarters, with regular travel required.
Your Missions
Reporting directly to the Germany/Austria Sales Manager and working closely with internal teams (Sales Admin, Supply Chain, Marketing), your responsibilities include:
Sales Development
Manage and nurture an existing B2B client portfolio (concept stores, opticians, fashion/kids boutiques)
Prospect and onboard new partners in your area
Train clients on product features, services, and the B2B ordering platform
Ensure a regular field presence and attend trade shows
Client Engagement & Merchandising
Ensure brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met in-store
Create tailored merchandising proposals for each client profile
Monitor sell-in / sell-out performance
Reporting & Strategic Input
Monitor KPIs and contribute to budget targets in your area
Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement
Conduct market intelligence and report on competitor trends
Contribute to cross-functional internal projects (tools, best practices, benchmarks)
Your Profile
You are a native or fluent German speaker, with professional fluency in French
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Sales
You have a first experience in a similar sales role (internship/apprenticeship included)
You’re dynamic, autonomous, structured, and highly customer-oriented
You have a strong interest in design, fashion, or retail
A valid driver’s license is required
