The Role We are looking for a construction craftsman, master craftsman and construction technician preferably from the trade of heating & sanitation, with immediate effect. What You’ll Do - You check offers and invoices based on building damage documents. - You negotiate independently with craftsmen. - You conduct price research and plausibility checks What You’ll Bring - You have experience in construction management or costing, preferably in the heating/plumbing trade - You can estimate workloads with confidence - You have good price and technical knowledge in heating and sanitary construction - You are used to working on the computer - You have strong communication and negotiation skills It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
