Clinical Support Associate (m/f/d)

The VIBRANT Clinical Support Team serves as a bridge between medicine, technology, and customers. It supports and guides medical professionals in the safe and efficient use of our VIBRANT hearing solutions in daily clinical practice. This includes conducting training sessions and addressing technical inquiries.
* Support of our subsidiaries, distributors, clinics and patients worldwide
* Technical support for and comprehensive knowledge of the middle ear implant (VIBRANT SOUNDBRIDGE and PMEIs) and the bone conduction solutions (BONEBRIDGE and ADHEAR)
* Preparation and performance of trainings, webinars and other online activities (training organization, creating presentations, presenting in front of an audience)
* Present our products at trainings on-site
* Degree in a technical field or life sciences and/or relevant professional experience as well as an interest in medicine and audiology
* Very good command of written and spoken English, German and other languages appreciated
* Team player with highly motivated and independent approach, organisational skills as well as a cooperative personality
* Technical xjliken understanding especially when it comes to online activities like training and remote support
* Flexibility and willingness to travel, driver's license (B) required

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 47.810,14.
