Our Workstation Business Unit is the nucleus of our ONE LENOVO approach to customer’s demands, from Data-Centers, to IT-clients that are not searching for products, but for solutions, we are striving to deliver in our daily work-life. Lenovo workstations power the future of Mid-Market customers, our products and solutions are the pacemaker for any requirements, from true visionaries, technologists, developers and standard-users in Design, CAD/CAM/CAE, Media&Entertainment, AI, AR, etc. Our challenge is to create a better world in new and innovative ways, today and tomorrow.

You will be part of the Workstation Business Unit, reporting to Workstation Leader and dotted line to the MidMarket Sales Director, collaborating and supporting Sales-teams in Germany and Austria with your Workstation expertise.


Your responsibilities are to:

1. Identify & grow Workstation Business within the defined Mid-Market customer segment in Germany and Austria to meet and exceed business revenue, margin and market share targets
2. Work out winning proposals for Workstation products and solutions to all sales teams you are collaborating
3. Customer Meetings in your designated area with an expected nurturing of relationship to become a trusted advisor for our customers and sales teams when it comes to any kind of Workstation related requirements.
4. Train and develop Workstation know-how to the Mid-Market seller teams
5. Develop, maintain and execute account plans to grow the Workstation business with Mid-Market accounts in Germany & Austria
6. Provide high level technical and solutions expertise (understanding of industry trends and critical success factors for customers and Sales teams)
7. Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, channel-resellers, ISV’s, market influencers
8. Build winning strategies for upcoming businesses and align with sales teams and product management to accelerate growth
9. Be an active and worthful team member in the Workstation Business Unit


What you bring:

10. Proven track record in IT sales to Mid-Market customers, preferably on workstation products and Added Value Solutions
11. Self-reliant and convincing sales attitude in product- and solution presentations to customers, partners and internal
12. Excellent interpersonal skills, build relationships which promote and enable a deep understanding of the customers' requirements
13. High level of flexibility and proactivity
14. University degree in business administration, information technology or equal qualification
15. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
16. Excellent presentation skills as well as knowledge of the MS suite
