Your tasks:
1. Supporting the team, mostly through local tasks and activities
2. Support Safety initiatives, the number one priority in the costumers Operations environment, in an innovative and convincing way
3. Support OES Master Plan related activities in line with plant priorities and pain points, supporting the Production areas
4. Lead OES internal assessments and support OES transversal assessments or deep dives
5. Drive and coordinate Excellence Committees, taking accountability in the distribution of actions and follow-up with the MFT
6. Manage and implement Performance Management routines (BSC/SQCDP) standardization throughout the different levels of the organization in the Value Stream
7. Customize KPI tree across the Operational Value Stream ensuring the right connection with the objectives
8. Support and manage continuous improvement (TIPs)
9. Promote and manage employees improvement ideas generation in the Plant
10. Support communication for new initiatives being the channel of connection with the shop-floor
Your profile:
11. Completed studies in the field of aerospace, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
12. More than three years of professional experience in the field of project managemt, process Management and Process improvement
13. Experience in Lean Manufacturing is desirable, ideally in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul context
14. Google Workspace is a must have
15. DEMAT knowledge is a plus
16. Fluent in English and German
