Your Opportunity
As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across key business functions and work closely with experienced managers and leadership teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a broad understanding of logistics operations while preparing for future specialist or leadership positions within the company.
Potential Areas of Assignment

- Quality Control (QC)
- Customer Service (CS)
- Network Management & Network Planning
- Operations Center
- Administration & General Affairs
- Last Mile Operations
- Sorting Center Operations
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities and business projects
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Assist in network optimization and capacity planning initiatives
- Participate in operational excellence and efficiency projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business analyses
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver measurable results
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or first professional experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Interest in logistics, e-commerce, and operational processes
- Excellent English & Chinese communication skills
- German language skills are considered an advantage
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Motivated to take responsibility and grow within a fast-growing organization
