Come jointhe team and help us make history! We are looking for an Senior EUFleet Compliance Manager, who will be responsible for ensuringfleet standards are maintained. The role will focus on managing andenhancing fleet accountability mechanisms by ensuring contractualand service level standards are adhered to. Where standards are notmaintained, the role will be responsible for utilising policies totake appropriate actions. The optimal fit for this role will be acandidate wanting to roll-up their sleeves and excellentnetworking, assurance and communication skills. As the decisionsproposed and made by this individual have a direct impact on safetyand productivity, seniority, business and confidence is importantto be successful. The successful candidate will be customerfocused, highly analytical, resourceful, able to operate at alllevels of the organization and comfortable driving criticalbusiness decisions in a fast paced and often ambiguous environment.Fleet experience is not essential, but is beneficial. Key functionsfor the role include: - Recommend, implement and monitorpreventative and corrective actions to ensure that qualityassurance standards are achieved • Owning fleet accountabilitymetrics across EU - Ongoing Data Analysis to detect systematicfailures - Documenting and reporting service quality levels -Building effective relationships with AMZL senior leadership andlegal teams within EU AMZL - Build collaborative relationships withFleet Operations and Compliance Leaders in other geographies Keyjob responsibilities Monitoring compliance against operating andservice standards across the EU Fleet. Where standards are notbeing maintained recommend, implement and monitor preventative andcorrective actions. As part of the role, travel will be required tovisit Delivery Stations to monitor the application of qualityassurance processes and vehicle health. About the team The EU FleetCompliance Team upholds fleet road worthiness, ensuring safe fleetoperations in accordance with legal regulations and Amazonoperating standards. By achieving this, vehicle, driver andcommunity safety, legal compliance and vehicle health are allimproved. GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN • Bachelor’s degree in a relevantfield - Proven experience in Assurance, Automotive, Engineering,Logistics, Legal or Contract Management. - Business proficient inboth German and English. - Proven experience influencing andinteracting with cross-functional teams at the senior leadershiplevel - A history of developing strong, value-add partnerships -Ability to handle and prioritize when presented with a high volumeof engagements; expert at knowing when to delegate and when to 'do'- Excellent communications skills and a high bar for accuracy anddetail. - This leader can work independently in a fast-paced andrapidly changing environment.
