CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company. You’ll be working across a prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings in Victoria, all within a 2-minute walk from the station - making your commute simple and stress-free!
In return, my client is offering:
* A basic salary of up to £47,500
* Monday - Friday
* 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM
* 1 in 4 call out

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance across building systems
* Pumps, motors, valves, pipework, and HVAC systems maintenance
* Water systems: flushing, temperature checks, and log management
* Fire damper checks and basic AHU/FCU servicing
* BMS monitoring (hot & cold)
* Plumbing tasks — unblocking toilets, replacing taps, etc.
* Maintain and update logbooks
* Control of sub-contractors and permit to work systems
* Attending client meetings and ensuring top-level customer service
Requirements:
* Mechanically qualified – Level 3 or equivalent
* Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-skilled with basic electrical awareness desirable
* Good communication skills and client-facing approach
* Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
