Objective
As a working student or intern working on a bachelor’s or master’s thesis, you will assist the Human Resources team with various projects and day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities
1. Assistance with various projects
2. Support with applicant management
3. Assistance with organizing training sessions and events
4. Maintenance of personnel records
5. Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
Position Requirements
6. Currently enrolled as a student at a higher education institution (university or university of applied sciences)
7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office products
8. Interest in human resources topics, labor law, and organizational processes
9. German: C2 and English: B1
10. Discretion and a sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
11. Structured, independent, and reliable work style
12. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
13. Some prior experience in the form of various internships or short-term employment before starting your studies—ideally in an industrial setting—is a plus
